Sinus cleansing (once or twice a day for at least two weeks)
- Rinsing your nostrils with sea salt water
- Let your snot drip into the sink
Food to avoid:
- Sugar
- White Flours – pasta or bread (go with gluten free diet)
- Dairy: milk products, cheese, or animal fats
- Hard liquor, soda, coffee
Therapeutic Dietary Suggestion: (also reference my previous post)
- Green leafy vegetables
- Root vegetables (beets, carrots, parsnips, radishes) , potatoes, squashes
- String beans, snow peas, sugar snap peas, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower
- Small black beans, lentils, mung beans
- Sea salt instead of regular salt or Bragg Amino Acids instead of soy sauce
- Lots of water
