It is a relief that the winter is finally over. Most of us are ready to welcome the warm Spring and its booming energy. However, it may not be so exciting for people who suffer from seasonal allergies. Don't worry. The good news is routine acupuncture treatments could help you breathe smoothly again during this season.

I have attached few research studies that have shown the efficacy of acupuncture treatments for allergic rhinitis (chronic inflammation of mucus membrane in the nose), and chronic asthma.
